Meadow House works in partnership with social services, Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT), Charities, Mind, training and employment agencies and all local authorities across the Midlands region in offering high quality intensive rehabilitation support for adults who are:


  • Aged between 18-65 years with recognised mental health needs. 
  • Individuals with severe and enduring as well as complex mental health needs. 
  • Individuals ready to be discharged from psychiatric wards. 
  • Vulnerable adults living in the community in crisis. 
  • Private referrals from GPs and Families.

  • Relaxation and stress management.
  • Psychosocial interventions.
  • Occupational Therapy activities. 
  • Health living and physical wellbeing. 
  • Support with registering with local community service: GP, gym, library, support and social groups. 
  • Outing and trips. 
  • Weekly care plan evaluations.
